Beach Hut Deli

The Beach Hut Deli has been serving satisfied customers since 1981. At the age of 19, founder Troy Feist opened the Lakeside Sandwich Shoppe and Arcade near Folsom Lake in Northern California. Once people enjoyed the generous portions of meat and fresh vegetables on the sandwiches, word spread quickly. In order to accommodate a rapidly growing following, Troy relocated to his current location in Granite Bay and changed the name of his deli to The Beachouse Deli.
With packed tables, and lines out the door, Troy decided it was time for a second location. In November of 1998, "The Deuce" opened its doors. Located in Rocklin, California, "The Deuce" offers the same delicious sandwiches and Micro-brews as the original store. With the immediate success of the second store, a third location was added quickly. "The Trey" is located in Folsom, California.

In 2002, Troy decided to franchise the Beachouse Deli concept because of its growing popularity and continued success. During initial franchise preparations, Troy learned that another restaurant had already received a Federal service mark for the name The Beach House. So, Troy decided to change the name of his deli concept to The Beach Hut Deli and obtained a federally registered service mark for that name and trademarked the Beach Hut Deli logo.
