Price Funeral Chapel

The Price family has been providing trusted funeral services to our community for more than forty years. For two generations, the Price Funeral Chapel is now and always has been a family owned and operated business. Del and Fay Price established the Price Funeral Chapel in 1961. In 1979, they took a leave of absence to serve a full-time mission for their Church in Northern Ireland. Since that time, Ben and Jody Price have been responsible for the operation of the family business. Del and Fay Price recently returned after serving a second full-time Church Mission, this time in Uganda, Africa.

Ben and Jody Price were raised in the community and attended local high schools. Ben attended American River College, graduated from Brigham Young University and from San Francisco College Of Mortuary Science with honors. Jody attended Rick's College and Brigham Young University. Their daughter, Michele, who has served as the Secretary-Receptionist, is married to Ron Burnett of Citrus Heights and is now raising Ben and Jody's first grandchild, Kayleigh. Their son, Jeremy, completed a Church Mission in the Canary Islands and is attending Brigham Young University. Jeremy married Angela Lever of Murray, Utah, this past summer. Kyle attends Carnegie Junior High School. The Price family lives in the community and care about the people who live here also.
