Sunrise MarketPlace is a collection of approximately 400 businesses, services and restaurants densely packed into a 10- block area surrounded by some of the region’s most traveled thoroughfares. We offer consumers a variety of retail, dining and professional services in a safe, attractive and convenient and unique environment.
The trade area for Sunrise MarketPlace is broken down into two areas consisting of specified zip codes. The Primary Trade Area (PTA) includes Citrus Heights, Orangevale and the northwest area of Fair Oaks.
