Sunrise MarketPlace is truly a destination! We're a group of 500 businesses, services, and restaurants in the 10-block area of Citrus Heights, CA bordered by Madison Avenue, north of Greenback Lane, Birdcage Street and Fair Oaks Blvd.

In 1999, the businesses and property owners formed a business improvement district (BID) with the goal of creating an exciting, attractive destination.

You might be aware of the the area because of a regional presence like Sunrise Mall and Marketplace At Birdcage, but we also have several neighborhood centers as well. Some of them include: Alta Sunrise Plaza, Fair Oaks Plaza, Greenback Square, Greenfaire Village, Sunrise Festival 1 and II, Sunrise Hills, Sunrise Plaza, and Sunrise Village. And we represent several office complexes with a myriad of professionals and consultants, financial institutions, popular dining spots and recreational venues.

One way to know you've "arrived" is the wayfinding street signs, colorful banners, median and gateway signage, brick medians and 80 palm trees.
